    • The Ice cream Sandwich was my favorite. They are both good but I would always pick the ice cream sandwich over the others.

  5. I haven’t tried the ice cream sandwiches but I love their sweet and sour chicken. I tried to comment on the winter camping post but it said comments are disabled. I have never been winter camping but it’s something I really want to try. I have everything I need except a sleep system and 4 season tent. Hopefully this summer I can pick up the few things I need!

    • I use the MMSS and when it comes to a tent I really like the outdoor vitals 2 person tent. This is the first winter I have used it but it is working really well.

  7. I love this stuff lol. The first time i had it was at a space museum when i was very young and i missed it ever since…until i seen it at the store lol

    • The ice cream sandwich is my favorite I can’t belove how something so crunchy can still be so smooth lol.

  8. What’s the best type of pine to collect fatwood from in your opinion? I live in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains in NC so we have plenty of pines but I want to know which has the most pitch buildup when they die. Any advice?

    • Pine trees lol. The stumps and the crotch or branches that come off of the main trunk are always the best. I try to cut off a branch that is attached to the trunk being as close to the ground as possible. Pine is a soft wood so even if it isn’t fatwood it still will burn easily. It just won’t last very long. It takes a LOT of pine to have an all-day fire.

      • LOL I was wondering if one type of pine produced more pitch than another type. Like long leaf vs short leaf or white pine vs black pine. I didn’t know if one type was better to look for than others.😂

        • I’m not sure, to be honest with you. I haven’t had access to a lot of different pine trees to see if one is better than another.

  9. Mountain house is a well known brand i haven´t tested there type of freezedried food before but i will try it out next time i´m going on a longer trip.

    • Mountain House is my favorite freeze-dried meals. They really are good. The lasagna is one of the best in my opinion.

    • The Ice cream sandwich was my favorite. I think it would be fun if they had plain ice cream bars of different flavors.

  11. The sweet and sour pork or chicken which ever one it is would have to be my favorite from mountain house. I think I’m going to go grab a couple of the ice cream sandwiches this weekend to try!
