YouTube Camera Gear – How I Make My Videos

My YouTube camera gear has evolved over time and I have made many upgrades along the way. I would like to share with you the 5 things that have really made my videos the best!

  1. Canon T5I  – My camera is a DSLR that can film 1080p at 60 frames per second. This allows me to make high-quality videos that are beautiful to watch.
  2. Basic Amazon Tripod  – Having a big camera makes having a tripod a must have item. Making videos that are stable with zero shake makes a big difference in viewing nature.
  3. Rode Video Mic Go  Having a high-quality microphone really makes the audio in your videos stand out from others. I love how this microphone not only captures what I am saying but also the natural sounds of the great outdoors.
  4. Saramonic Dual Wireless Lavalier Microphone  – This wireless lavalier mic has been a life saver when being in the range of the Rode Video Mic Go isn’t always an option.
  5. Natural Day Light – There is something about the sun that just makes your videos look and feel professionally done. Sitting in front of a window, or being outside will turn your videos into something truly amazing.

These 5 things have really transformed my videos from being awkward and hard to follow to fun to watch and beautiful. This is a very expensive setup but by saving over time I was able to get my videos to look and sound amazing!
